Located in garden area, home features media room with surround sound, large flat screen t.v., CD and DVD players, large living room, outside terrace with dinning area, large swimming pool with chase lounges, .upstairs large bedroom area with terrace and sitting area, large bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower room and bathtub, walk in closet, 2^nd bedroom for children with twin beds and separate bathroom.

This combination of the cottage and 4 additional garden rooms can accommodate 12 persons, ideal for a reunion, friends getaway or Board of Directors meeting.

In cottage up to 2 children or 2 adults can stay at no extra charge, maximum 4 people in the cottage..
Extra person charge is $150. (Including young adults over the age of 13)
Children under the age of 2 staying with parents. Maximum 2 children are free.
Over the age of 2 and under the age of 12 staying with parents is $75.00 per child.
Children over the age of 12 staying with parents pay the extra person charge.
All rates are in US Dollars and are plus the 10% service and 12% local tax.
All rates include daily breakfast.
